Where are Roulais products made?
Roulais products are crafted in a small factory in Italy’s Riviera del Brenta region, an area between Venice and Padua that is known historically for luxury shoemaking.
What are Roulais sneakers made of?
We source the most refined and thoughtfully manufactured materials we can find.
This includes extra-fine luxury-grade Italian vegetable dyed aniline leather & suede, durable rubber soles, and 100% cotton laces.
Are Roulais products sustainable?
To operate outside of the conventional fashion production model with an alternative and sustainable path of brand growth is one of our foundational values. This, along with purposeful and timeless design, makes up our approach to sustainability.
Our manufacturing process starts with the mindful sourcing of high-grade eco-responsible textiles. Our items are then assembled by hand and finally secured and readied for delivery in plastic-free packaging.
Everything is ethically sourced and crafted within Italy, therefore reducing travel and shipping emissions associated with our product. And since we follow a limited, hand-crafted, manufacturing model we inherently reduce the surplus waste and the carbon footprint of our endeavours.
We aim to be an eco-positive addition to the industry.
How do Roulais shoes fit?
Roulais models are unisex and run in full European sizes. To make sure you find the right fit, use the number that matches your foot measurement in cm in our size guide.
How long will it take to get my shoes?
After ordering Roulais items online, they are shipped to you within 3-5 working days. If your items are pre order, they will reach you within 4-5 weeks. Please note, the shipping times for pre orders vary depending on when in the pre order window you purchased your item(s).
How can I track my shipment?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs?
At the moment, we ship to the EU/UK free of charge. To Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea at a flat rate of €40 per order and to the USA and Canada at a flat rate of €25.
What are the accepted payment methods?
To process safe payments and refunds we use some of the best third parties to ensure maximum security and privacy for your information. All card payments will be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from the time you receive your Roulais order to complete the return process. Please note, the return must be shipped to us by day 14. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free returns at this time.
The return process is as follows:
Register the return by clicking here. You will receive instructions and a printable return label.
Place the item in the original packaging, or similar, and seal/secure the package according to postal guidelines.
Place the return form directly in the product box.
Schedule a pickup through your preferred shipping provider or drop off the parcel at your local post office.
All returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different colour/size?
We do not make formal exchanges, but you can return your sneakers and then order a different colour or size. You have 14 days to return your order as long as they are in the condition you received them in. A full refund will be issued once your return package has been received at our warehouse.
When will I get my refund?
From the time your return package is received in our warehouse, your refund typically takes 7 working days depending on your payment method.
